Ganaching and bows class - Tuesday 11th August - 6-7:30pm

This class is for you if you've been wanting to really nail your GANACHE finish!! (you've all been asking - so here it is!!)

The main focus in this class will be ganaching - crumb coating for a perfect base, and focussing on a smooth outside finish! Then we'll whip up my favourite fondant bow to finish it off.

Suitable for all experience levels, and everything is included - just bring yourself, and be prepared to walk away with a beautiful 5"cake to share (or just eat!!)

***Please note - I have included the option to UPSIZE your class cake in case you'd prefer to practice on a larger cake! But base included cake is a 5" round (to help keep costs down!)
